Refers to computer components and recording media transfer.Whenever you enter data into your computer, it is referred to as input. This can be text typed in a word processing document, keywords entered in a search engine's search box, or data entered into a spreadsheet. Input can be something as simple as moving the mouse or clicking the mouse button or it can be as complex as scanning a document or downloading photos from a digital camera.
Storage devices
A computer storage device is any type of hardware that stores data. The most common type of storage device, which nearly all computers have, is a hard drive. The computer's primary hard drive stores the operating system, applications, and files and folders for users of the computer.There is two common storage :
Primary storage
Hold data in memory(RAM and ROM)
Random Access Memory(RAM)
Read Only Memory(ROM)
Secondary storage
Holds data on hard disk,tapes and other devices requiring input/output devices.

Diskette
Pendrive
Flash Memory
Smart Chip
